3 US soldiers charged with murder in Iraqi deaths...

Does that sound just a bit ridiculous to anyone else??

Let's really think about this ... we send our soldiers to war and expect them to act like humane, un-traumatized, regular citizens. We treat them like they are tough shit, build their egos and their bodies, and then send them into warzones expecting them to hold hands and sip tea with the Iraqi soldiers.

Ok, beyond the mental damage that is done, now let's think about this ... who punishes the Iraqi people that behead and torture Americans and other soldiers in combat? Nobody. The concept of "war crimes" is a fucking joke. We are (likely) the only nation that punishes our soldiers for these kinds of things.

We teach them to kill, and then punish then they do.

Our government does nothing to bail out the animals it creates. Honestly, who in their right mind thinks that the men that committed this "crime" were of sound mind???

Here is a better question - who could blame them??

I am sickened every time I see some trial or case against a solider that has killed a fucking Iraqi. We are not winning this war and I'm quite sure that the Iraqi soldiers have even less respect in the American troops because they know that the American troops can't do anything to them without repercussion! They can taunt, torture, maim, behead ... whatever ... without any consequence. They are not reprimanded by their own country, by their own government.

Shame on you US Government. You fail the soldiers in legal care and mental health care.
Soon ... they just might turn on you.
